Lily is a director working across theatre, musical theatre, and opera.

She is currently the associate director to Nicholas Hytner on Guys and Dolls (Bridge Theatre), the associate director on The Baker’s Wife  (Menier Chocolate Factory), Abigail's Party (Theatre Royal Stratford East) and will be spending Autumn/Winter 2024 directing Fun Home at Mountview and My Pet Star at the Marlowe Canterbury.

The variety of her work as an interdisciplinary director has been informed by training across a broad range of production areas.

Some of Lily's highlights have been working and training with companies including the Bridge Theatre, the National Theatre, the Royal Opera House, Manchester International Festival, Opera North, Welsh National Opera, National Opera Studio, Nevill Holt Opera, Waterperry Opera Festival, the Royal College of Music, and the Royal Academy of Music.
